Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

You'll not be able to modify the shipping address after you place an order. However, if you have entered the wrong address, you may want to cancel the order (before shipping has been done) and re-order the same.

How do I check the status of my order?

The order status is updated automatically in the My Account >> My Orders section on the website. You can log in to your account to check the status of your order anytime, or you can email us at support@culteshop.com if you have any specific queries regarding your order.

How can I check if Culte shop delivers to my PIN Code?

Visit our website www.culteshop.com & click on the product you want to buy. On the Product Details Page, enter your area pin code in the Check Pin-code Availability field & click on Check. You will get a message on the screen if your area Pin-code is serviceable or not.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are Rs. 50 for orders below Rs. 500

What is your Return Policy?

Returns are accepted only in cases of Manufacturing Defects, Shipping damage, or the wrong product receipt. Returns are usually processed within 7 days. For more details, email us at support@culteshop.com

How long will it take to receive my orders?

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 2 to 7 business days after dispatch (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to our warehouse. Please include your mobile number in the delivery address, as it will help in making a faster delivery.

I should have received my order by now but I haven't. What do I do?

We request you to check your email and SMS for any communication regarding delivery timings from our side. We usually send a notification if there is a delay in the delivery of your order. If in case you can't find any notification from us and the promised time is over, please write to us support@culteshop.com and we will provide you with a solution.

Is COD option available?
